Quick Tips To Be Successful On Your Relay
1.) ALWAYS call the carrier before the job begins, especially if it’s your first time working with them.
Through the app, you can call the carrier to get information such as gate codes, where the keys are, where to leave BOLs, etc. It’s better to figure this information out at 3pm the day before than 3am the day of!

2.) Communicate with the carrier throughout the job.
Communication between driver and carrier is key in the Relay Network. Key information like ETAs, wait times, loading/unloading updates should be communicated with the carrier.
3.) Use the Relay app properly.
Using the Relay app to complete/update tasks at locations and upload BOLs helps keep the carrier in the loop and makes sure your Relay job goes smooth for everyone involved.
