The new Driver Availability feature makes it easier than ever to view and accept the runs you want to see on the app. You’ll now have more control than ever before over your schedule and the types of runs you do on the Relay Network.

It’s now easier than ever to be offered the exact type of runs you want to do on the schedule of your choice.

How to easily set your availability

Click the Calendar Icon

On your Home Screen in the app, click the calendar icon that is located on the top right corner. You can also access it by clicking on the 3 dots in the top left corner, and selecting My Availability

Select Hours and Pay Rate

Confirm the days you want to work, the types of runs you are available for, Start time, end time, preferred shift time, and your preferred pay rates.

Save Your Preferences

Press the Save/Update button at the bottom and now you're good to go! You're now ready to start customizing your schedule based on available runs with carriers in your area.

How often can I set my availability? – You can change your availability as often as you’d like. The app will prompt you automatically when you’ll need to update your availability. Typically, you will need to update your availability at least once a week. 

Am I required to set my availability? – Once you are authorized, the app will prompt you when you will need to update your availability. It will typically be once a week if it has not been updated recently.

How long does it take to set my availability? – Setting your availability can easily be done within 30-60 seconds, depending on the amount of preferences you choose to add.

Does setting my availability affect my rating if I don’t work that day? – No, it will not. Setting your availability is not a commitment for those days, and not accepting a run for those days will not affect your rating. 

Is there a penalty for changing my availability? – No, there is not. You can change your availability preferences as often as you’d like.
